Pork skewers with red onions

We propose to prepare delicious skewers of pork with red onions, accompanied with mashed potatoes.

1. Wash the potatoes, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook for 25 minutes

2. Cut the pork tenderloin into small cubes and put in a bowl. Combine the oil, honey and thyme. Sprinkle the meat with the mixture and place in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Wash, dry and chop the chives.

4. Drain the potatoes. Peel and pass them through a food mill. Put the puree in a saucepan and place over low heat. Add the butter in pieces, sour cream and chives. Pepper. Keep warm.

5. Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces. Thread the pieces of meat and red onions on skewers, alternating. Place the skewers on the oven rack. Season. Bake for 15 minutes, turning them regularly.

6. Adjust the seasoning of the mashed potatoes and divide on the plates. Top with the skewers. Serve immediately.
