1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6/7).

2. Brush the potatoes under cold water. Place in a pot or tajine dish. Pour 30 cl of water.

3. Peel, remove the green germ and chop the garlic. Wash, dry and thin out the coriander.

4. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic, spices and coriander leaves. Add salt and pepper and stir.

5. Cover the pot and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
