General informations
Ingredients
1. Cut the beef fillet into fine strips and place on a plate. Sprinkle with oil and soy sauce. Add pepper and refirgerate.
2. Peel and cut the black radish into fine slices. Wash and drain the mesclun. Peel and chop the onions coarsely.
3. Preheat the oven on grill position. Top the meat with onions and bake for 10 minutes while stirring regularly. During this time, mix the mesclun salad with the slices of radish
4. Divide the salad onto plates and add the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
