Ingredients
1. Peel 8 to 10 potatoes, cook 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).
2. Sauté over low heat 500 g of ground beef with a little olive oil, 1 onion and 1 bunch of herbs. Salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 cup of water to preserve the tenderness of the meat.
3. Mash the cooked potatoes and add a little of the cooking water and 15 cl heavy cream. In a buttered gratin dish, pour a thin layer of mashed potatoes and ground beef. Add 50 g of parmesan, then a final layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with 50 g of parmesan and 2 pinches of nutmeg.
4. Bake for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
