1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the frying oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until golden brown (for about 10 minutes). Drain the onions on paper towels.

2. Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Wash, drain and cut the celery into sections of 6 to 7 cm long. Grill the slices of bacon in a nonstick skillet. Drain on paper towels.

3. Toast the buns cut in two. Cook the beef patties for 5 minutes on each side in a nonstick pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

4. Cook the eggs in a nonstick pan with the remaining olive oil. Assemble the burger by starting with a layer of fried onions, 2 celery pieces, 2 tomato slices, 1 beef patty, 1 slice of blue cheese, 1 slice of smoked bacon and 1 egg, salt and pepper. Cover and serve.
