1. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Mix the flour, baking powder and softened butter.

2. Incorporate the egg.

3. Add the chopped hazelnuts, then chopped blue cheese and the grated cheese. Shape the cookies by hand. Place them on a tray covered with parchment paper and bake for 12 to 13 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and place on a cooling grill.
