Pear, brie and hazelnut crostinis

Sweet, creamy and nutty at the same time, these pear crostinis come topped with brie and hazelnuts.

Ingredients
1. Peel the pears, remove the core and the seeds. Cut into thick slices. Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the slices of pears.
2. Crush the hazelnuts coarsely. Cut the brie into 6 small pieces of 20 g each. Toast the white bread and cut diagonally.
3. Preheat the oven on the grill mode. Divide the pears on the bread and add the brie. Sprinkle the hazelnuts and a little Espelette pepper.
4. Bake the crostinis until the brie melts. Serve.
