Ingredients
1. Wash, drain and slice the mushrooms. Fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Stop the cooking whent they start colouring. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6)
2. In a bowl, mix the butter, flour and parmesan cheese with your fingers until you have a sandy texture.
3. Place the mushrooms and tomatoes into the buttered dish and cover with the crumble mixture.
4. Place in the oven until a light golden brown colour.
