Nectarine and red fruit tart

Here is a gourmet recipe to prepare a tart with nectarines and red berries.

1. Rinse the nectarines, dry and cut into strips. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to form a rectangle. Mix 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar with cream and spread over the tart. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6).

2. Cover the tart with the strips of nectarine and leave a border of about 3cm. Arrange the red fruits on top. Seal the borders and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

3. Leave to cool at room temperature before eating.
