1. Preheat oven to th. 6-180°C. Pour the icing sugar and grated coconut in a bowl, and mix well. Add the egg whites and mix until a thicken batter.

2. Shape small diamonds with the batter and place on a baking sheet covered with lightly oiled parchment paper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

3. Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool completely. Serve with coffee or tea.
