Discover a polenta revisited with fruits. It will wake up your taste buds, enjoy a very fresh dessert!

1. In a pan, bring the milk, sugar and vanilla to a boil. Add in gradually the polenta and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add butter and let cool.

2. Wash, remove the stalks and cut the strawberries in half. Drain pthe ears, setting aside the syrup, and cutting them into small cubes. Mix these two fruits and divide them into 4 glasses. Sprinkle some pear syrup. Crumble the polenta and cover with fruits. Decorate with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
