Ingredients
1. Peel the apple and pear, then cut into 1 cm cubes. Place the vanilla pod split in half.
2. Steam the apple, pear and vanilla.
3. Crush the cookies with your fingers. Put the crumbs in a small plate. At the end of cooking, set aside the cooking juice.
4. Blend the apple and pear until a compote. Sprinkle the crumbled cookies sauce before tasting
