1. Wash and dry apricots. Cut in half and remove the pits. Wash, dry and thin out mint.

2. Heat a barbecue or plancha. Thread two apricot halves on wooden spikes. Melt the butter with the honey in a saucepan.

3. Put the apricot skewers on the grill, hollow side down, for 5 minutes. Turn them over and sprinkle with melted butter with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Serve hot with mint leaves.
