General informations
Ingredients
1. Crush the mint in 20 cl of water. Add the sugar to make a syrup. Add the gelatin. Add the olive oil, mix to obtain an emulsion and let cool.
2. Add the soy yogurt, mix and place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. From time to time, stir the ice with a fork to prevent crystallization.
