If you like tarts, then you will love this easy recipe with tuna.

1.  In a saucepan, whisk 4 tablespoons of flour and ½ liter of milk. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly to whip up the mixture. When it is thick, add salt and pepper and set aside.

2. Peel and slice 2 or 3 onions. Make them sweat in a little oil. Incorporate them to the cream with 1 can of tuna flakes. Adjust the seasoning.

3. Roll out the puff pastry dough into a tart pan, spread the mixture over, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
