  Ingredients

1. Cut 4 circles of dough about 12 cm in diameter. Place in 4 buttered and floured moulds.

2. For the minestrone: peel and slice the bell peppers in small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and cut the flesh into small cubes.

3. Chop finely a quarter of an apple and grate the cranberries finely. Mince the onions, chives and cilantro. Add salt and pepper. Grate some lemon zest and mix 2/3 of the mixture with the flaked crab. Set aside the rest.

4. Add the liquid cream, 2 beaten eggs, mix with olive oil, salt and a pinch of nutmeg.

5. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Remove the tart shells from the fridge and spread 4 tablespoons of the crab mixture and the minestrone into the shells. Bake on grill mode for 18 minutes. Unmould and serve warm with the remaining minestrone. Garnish with the sprigs of chives, cut about 3cm long.
