Apple crumble
For dessert or a tasty snack, here is a recipe to prepare an apple crumble. Childhood memories.
1. Peel the apples and cut them into quarters. Remove the core and seeds. Cut the quarters into pieces. Melt 25 g of butter in a pan and add the apple pieces. Sprinkle with 50 g of brown sugar and let them brown for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
2. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210° C. Blend the gingerbread slices to a coarse powder.
3. Mix the remaining brown sugar, flour, gingerbread powder and the remaining butter cut into pieces in a bowl. Work the mixture with your fingertips until it has a dough texture.
4. Buttered a baking dish and pour the apple pieces. Cover them with a layer of dough and bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm with thick cream.
