Strawberry and cream mille-feuille
Crispy mille-feuille with cream and strawberry dessert is a delicious and very tasty. Follow our easy recipe.
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C. On a work surface, roll out the puff pastry of 3 mm thick, the size of the baking sheet. Line with parchment paper and place the dough. Moisten with a brush and sprinkle caster sugar. Prick with a fork and bake for 20 minutes.
2. Wash and hull the strawberries. Whip the whipping cream until stiff, then gradually stir the icing sugar while beating.
3. Cut the cooked pastry dough into 18 equal squares. Spoon the whipped cream in a pastry bag.
4. On 6 squares, arrange the strawberries and raspberries alternatively, cover with whipped cream and then top with a pastry dough square. Repeat the process and finish with a square of puff pastry dough. Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with a few strawberries and red currants. Serve immediately.
