1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and chicken chunks. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with curry, cumin and Cayenne pepper. Pour the chicken stock. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk.

3. Wash the apples and cut in half. Remove core and seeds, and slice. Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour the fruit in the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Our cooking tip: Use green apples, like Granny Smith, and add at the last moment, as well as fresh coconut.
