To delight your kids, prepare a great snack with this love apple recipe.

1. Insert a wooden skewer into each washed apple.

2. In a saucepan over low heat the sugar, glucose and 12.5 cl water , stir until complete dissolution.

3. Continue cooking on low heat until the preparation reaches 150°C (between 8 and 10 minutes). Then add the butter and the food colouring and mix.

4.  Gently dip the apples one by one into the hot syrup, holding the wooden skewer. Leave to drain the excess in the pan, then place them on parchment paper. Let cool before serving.
