Here is a recipe to make a delicious and easy dessert, apples with mascarpone cream. A true delight!

  Ingredients

1. Peel 2 apples, cut into small pieces. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat with a little water.

2. During cooking, add 10 cl of white wine, 50 g of sugar and a little cinnamon.

3. Mix and let cool. Combine 250 g mascarpone and 100 g English custard. Divide into glasses and serve fresh.
