Seafood stew
Do you enjoy stew? Discover a seafood and fish variant. A hearty and flavourful dish.
1. Peel and crush two garlic cloves and 2 onions, brown them in a large pan.
2. Peel and cut 4 carrots, 4 turnips, 2 leeks, and 500 g of potatoes. In a pot, fry all the vegetables in butter until golden.
3. Cut 500 g of sea trouts and 500 g of cod fillets cut into cubes. Shell 200 g of prawns, then rinse 300 g of scallops.
4. In the pot, add 50 cl of fish stock, 20 cl of Riesling wine, 1 bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Cook all ingredients.
5. As soon as the vegetables are tender, add the cod fillets, sea trouts, shrimps and scallops. Cook again until the flesh of the fish slightly shreds.
Our cooking tip: Add some saffron when cooking the stock.
