Rice paper with salmon
The salmon, vegetables and fruit are delicately placed on the rice paper cups. Eat it all!
1. Chop the salmon into small cubes and sprinkle with lime. Salt, pepper and set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Soak the rice paper in sweetened warm water. Drain on a clean cloth. Heat the frying oil and immerse the rice paper for a few seconds. Gently press the rice paper in the middle to create a bowl during the frying. When they puff up, remove and drain on a kitchen towel.
3. Wash the beansprouts and the snow peas. Peel the snow peas. Toss the vegetables for 1 minute in boiling salted water. Drain and cool down with ice water. Cut the pineapples into pieces.
4. Combine oil, pepper, chilli powder, salmon and the marinade, vegetables and pineapples in a bowl. Divide into the rice paper and serve.
