Marinated sea bream with lime

1. Ask the fishmonger to fillet 1 sea bream of 1.5 kg. Cut into strips and then into pieces of 3 cm long. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle with the juice of 5 limes. Add salt, pepper and cover. Marinate and place in the fridge for 2 hours, stirring once or twice.

2. In a bowl, combine tablespoons of dry white wine and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Add the drained fish, and mix.

3. In a dish place 1 minced fresh chili and 1 thinly sliced lime. Sprinkle with green olives cut into small pieces. Thread the fish pieces on wooden skewers. Serve chilled.
