With the right ingredients, you can make a tasty dish such as this rice salad with Italian flavours.

  Ingredients

1. Cook the rice for 15 minutes in 1,5 liters of boiling salted water. Drain and refresh under cold water.

2. Cut the bresaola into strips, dice the scamorza and coarsely chop the arugula. Combine together in a bowl with the rice.

3. Season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and serve.
