Start the meal with this salad featuring potato, crab, pineapple and grapefruit. Quick and simple!

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, and place them in a dish suitable for microwave with a little water, cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes in the microwave (750 W).

2. Peel the grapefruit and cut into small quarters. Cut the pineapple into chunksCombine the potatoes, pineapple and grapefruit.

3. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Salt and pepper.

4.  Chop the parsley and basil and add to the salad with the crab.
