Cod is a very popular fish. Here is a recipe to cook it with apple cider.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash, dry and thin out the thyme. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
2. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes in a pan of salted water. Drain.
3. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).
4. Pour the potatoes in a baking dish, place the cod on top, sprinkle with thyme, pour the apple cider, add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
5. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: For a crispy breadcrumb, add 60g of butter cut into pieces.
