Tomato and thyme tartlets

You can serve this tomato and thyme tartlets as a starter or for a quick snack. Serve immediately.

  Ingredients

1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and cut into strips. Wash and dry thyme.

2. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 - 200°C. Line the  6 tartlet molds with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut 6 discs of dough and place in the tartlet molds. Prick with a fork.

3. Arrange the mozzarella slices and add the tomatoes. Salt and pepper, place a sprig of thyme and drizzle
with olive oil.

4. Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
