Mini savoury cream cheesecakes

Family, economical and easy to make, these little cheesecakes will tackle your taste buds.

1. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add the cheese and eggs and whisk well. Pour in the oil and stir with a spatula. The batter should be a little sticky, incorporate the parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. Buttered 6 small individual moulds and divide the batter. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

3. Unmould and serve with a green salad.

Our cooking tip: The little cakes can be served for appetizer as well. You can also add anchovies to the recipe for a savoury recipe.
