White chocolate chip cookies

Your kids will love these cookies with white chocolate. You can keep them several days in airtight boxes.

1. Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Break the white chocolate into small pieces. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the softened butter and work the mixture until you get a shortcrust pastry dough.

2. Add the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, coconut and white chocolate. Mix well. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Space the cookies properly to avoid them sticking. Bake for 15 minutes.
