Ingredients
1. Beat the eggs. Add melted butter, whisking, then brown sugar and flour. Mix well, allow to rest for 1 hour 30 minutes
2. Oil the heated wafer irons.
3. Divide the wafer batter into three bowls. Add the green food colouring in one of them, the red in a second. Keep the last one original.
4. Pour some batter into the waffle iron. Close and heat for 3 minutes. Remove carefully and wrap around a small metal cone. Leave to cool.
5. Fill the ice cream cones and serve immediately.
