Ingredients
1 . Cut the tops and roots of the radishes. Wash and slice. Wash, dry and chop the chives.
2. Cut the bread in half and toast them.
3. Spread the cottage cheese and the sliced radishes on bread. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
