1. Wash and dry the cucumber then chop into small cubes. Cut the ham into small pieces. Wash, dry and chop the chives.

2. Divide the cucumber and the cottage cheese into 6 verrines. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle the ham and the chives on top. Serve cold.
