Ingredients
1. Slice off the radishes roots and leaves, wash under cold water and slice into thin rounds. Rinse and drain the mache lettuce. Cut off pomegranate crown, cut into quarters and start separating seeds.
2. Squeeze orange and lemon. Pour in a bowl. Incorporate honey mixing well, then add oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Arrange sliced radish, pomegranate seeds and mache lettuce into 4 small plates. Drizzle with the citrus vinaigrette and honey. Mix gently and serve chilled.
