Pineapple French toast

Try this French toast recipe with pineapple. It is a real treat.

1. In a bowl, combine 25 cl milk, 25 cl heavy cream, 2 eggs, and 65 g of sugar.

2. Cut 300 g brioche into thick slices. Dip in the mixture. Drain.

3. Open 1 can of pineapple in syrup, cut the pineapple slices into small sections. Preheat oven to 150°C (th. 5).

4.  In a baking dish, place one layer of soaked brioche and 1 layer of pineapple and top with a brioche slice. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
