1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7). Cut 3 chicken or turkey cutlets into strips of about 1 cm wide. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes in milk.

2. Drain. Roll them first in flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.

3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the nuggets. Season with salt and bake for about 10 minutes.
