Chicken breasts with sesame and mushrooms

You need a free-range chicken to make a success out of this recipe. Sesame is the secret ingredient that enhances the flavours of this dish.

1. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Squeeze the lemons.

2. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet and brown the chicken breasts over medium heat, skin side. Flip them, add the mushrooms and bacon and continue cooking for 12 minutes, stirring regularly.

3. Add the sesame seeds 2 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice. Bring to a boil stirring well to deglaze the pan. Serve immediately.
