Savoury cake with herbs

Here is an easy recipe to prepare a cake with herbs. You will discover new and delicate flavours.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Stir in the the flour, yeast, oil and milk, in this order.

2. Wash and dry the herbs. Thin out and chop them. Add the herbs to the dough, salt, pepper and mix.

3. Line the parchment paper in a loaf pan. Pour the mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife, it should come out clean.

4. Unmould immediately. Serve warm or cold.
