Goat cheese and peanut butter bites

For a delicious sweet and sour mixture, treat yourself with these goat cheese and peanut butter bites. Quick to prepare, your guests will be impressed and delighted.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Cut the cheese into 12 slices. Cut the phyllo sheets in half and oil each side.

2. Place a slice of cheese near the edge of the half sheet leaving a margin equal to the diameter of the cheese slice. Place on top a small heap of peanut butter and pepper.

3. Enclose the filling by folding both sides, and then roll the pastry sheet onto itself.

4. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
