Ingredients
1. Steam the cauliflower.
2. Prepare a light béchamel diluting the cornstarch in the cold milk. Add the curry, granulated garlic, salt, pepper and place on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Divide the cauliflower in a baking dish, add the raisins and pour the curry béchamel. Preheat the oven to 250°C (th. 6/7).
4. Mix the bread with coriander and scatter the crumbs over the béchamel. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy warm.
