If you want to enjoy vegetarian and healthy dish, then make this warm salad of broccoli and cauliflower recipe.

1. Wash the cauliflower and broccolis. Cut into small bouquets. Steam until they are tender.

2. Place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with the vinegars and oils. Salt and pepper and mix. Cut the smoked haddock into small thin slices.

3. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli salad in 6 plates, add the fish, adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.

Our cooking tip: Sprinkle the plates with lemon and orange zest finely grated.
