Camembert and broccoli tartlets

For your next meal, try this camembert and broccoli tartlet.

1. Rinse the broccoli and cut the florets. Wash the mushrooms and then chop them. Steam the vegetables for 15 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 6/7). Cut 6 discs of dough and roll into the small tart moulds. Buttered the moulds, place the dough in and prick the base with a fork.

3. Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk them. Add the cream and milk. Salt lightly, add pepper and whisk again.

4. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Cut the camembert into strips (remove the crust if it is too thick). Divide the broccoli, the mushrooms and the camembert strips into the base of the tartlet and pour in the egg mixture. Grate the nutmeg on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve hot with a side salad.
