Ingredients
1. Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in the flour.
2. Bring milk to a boil, and let boil a few minutes.
3. Pour the milk over the mixture while whisking. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
4. Place in the microwave for a few minutes.
