Green vegetable soup with broccoli semolina and parmesan

Follow our easy recipe and prepare a soup with green vegetable, broccoli semolina and parmesan. A great starter.

1. Grate 200 g parmesan. You should get about 3 tablespoons worth.

2. With the aid of a grater, make the semolina with 1 small raw broccoli. Grate the florets until you get about 3 tablespoons worth.

3. Mix the parmesan with the broccoli semolina and set aside.

4. Break 8 walnuts and remove the flesh. Crush them coarsely.

5. Heat 2 packets of green vegetable soup and pour them into four bowls.

6. Divide 1 tablespoon of broccoli and parmesan on each bowl and sprinkle the nuts. Drizzle it with walnut oil. Serve immediately.
