Ingredients
1. Wash the carrots and steam for 20 minutes.
2. Prepare the batter: separate the egg white from the yolk. Place the flour in a bowl, make a holein center, add the egg yolk, salt, oil and milk. Beat the egg white with 1 pinch of salt. Fold into the batter and let rest for 1 hour.
3. Heat the frying oil. Coat the carrots with the batter, dip in small batches in the frying oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
