1. Prepare the dough: Pour the flour in a bowl. Make a well in center, and pour the sugar, beaten egg and the softened butter in pieces. Knead well. Form a ball and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Roll out the pastry and transfer in a buttered tart pan. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C.

3. Prepare the filling: Sprinkle the brown sugar in the tart shell. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat them with a whisk and add the beer. Stir in the melted butter. Beat again. Pour the mixture on the tart shell. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Alcohol has to remain a pleasure, drink with moderation.
