General informations
Ingredients
1. Warm up the milk. Add the sugar, then the yeast. Mix, cover with a cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the egg and a pinch of salt. Then add the mixture of milk-sugar–yeast. In another bowl, pour the flour. Then add the mixture of the first bowl.
3. Stir in the butter. Mix until a smooth batter. Spread it in a tart pan, cover and let rise.
4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Sprinkle sugar on the tart, then spread 60 g of butter in pieces. Bake for 8 minutes.
