Here is a recipe to make delicious French butter cookies. Young and grown-ups will enjoy these delicacies.

For 40 cookies:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Add the butter cut into pieces and the milk. Knead to obtain a dough ball.

2. Wrap the dough in cling film and let rest for 2 hours in the fridge.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Roll out the dough of 3 mm thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on an oven rack.
