Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Break the chocolate into pieces in a pan. Add the butter cut into parcels and melt in the microwave or bain-marie.
2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until pale colour. Add flour, milk, yeast and 1 drop of essential oil of mint. Mix well. Add the chocolate/butter to the mixture.
3. Buttered a mold and pour in the batter. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
