Oven-baked apples with praliné and meringue

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Wash the apples and remove core and seeds.

2. In a bowl, mix well the soft butter, praline, sugar and lemon juice.

3. Fill the heart of the apples with this mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Beat the white until stiff with sugar. Place 1 tablespoon on top of the apples and bake again for 3 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
